Fished with Sam today on the Alum Maverick..Got to Navy Point at about 6:15 am...Headed out towards the pass...Water was very calm and clear..Looked in the Gulf for schooling redfish and bobos but didnt seen anything except a few big schools of mullet being eaten by Pelicans and FLIPPER WAS EVERYWHERE TODAY...Came back into the pass and ended up catching 2 Redfish, 2 bluefish, 2 sheephead and 1 black drum..It was a fun day on the water and got back to the boat ramp at about 1:00 pm..Saw some guys at Pickens whod been there all night catching mullet and did very well... They also saw quite a few flounder coming down the bar by Pickens last night for you giggers..Also if they fella who let us use his law stick sees this thank you very much and glad you got a nice slot red in the same spot we did..
