About two weeks ago, I posted a link asking for help regarding the legality of selling some guns.  Below is what I have for sale.  They will all be sold “AS-IS” because I have not fired most of these and so I cannot guarantee the quality.  I am going to sell them on a first come, first serve basis based upon the prices I got from a gun broker.  If I do not get an offer that matches what I asked for I will sell to the highest bidder Thanks for any help in helping me sell these things.  When I do sell them, I am going to ask for your name so I can run a check with the county office and then ask for a copy of your driver’s license and to sign a bill of sale, to cover myself legally.  I know that might seem like much, but I am just trying to be safe and do it the right way.  If you have any questions, feel free to PM me back.  Also, you need to be a FL resident since I am, I can only sell to FL residents.  Just PM me if you are interested and I will send some pics.

Thanks,

Steven

1 – Winchester Model 94, .32 Special, Avg listing f $500.00 gun broker

3 – Remington “Gamemaster” Model 141 .35, Avg listig of $400 gun broker

6 – Harrington & Richardson Topper Model 158 20 gauge, Avg listing of $150 gun broker

7 – Sears & Roebuck JC Higgins Model 20, 12 gauge, Avg listing of $200 gun broker

8 – Winchester Model 94, 30-30, Avg listing $250 (SOLD)

9 – Stevens Model 94 F, 410 gauge, Avg listing $100 on gun broker

10 – Remington .22 caliber about $200

11 – Crossman 2200 magnum .22 cal pellet, model 2200A

12- Eagle 1.77 cal bb/pellet, Daisy Powerline 856

13 – J Stevens Manufactured double barrel shotgun, 12 gauge, Avg listing of $300 on gun broker(SOLD)

Once again, all of the guns will be sold on a “AS-IS” basis.  Most of these guns have not been fired in a long time as they belonged to my Grandfather who passed away a few years ago, therefore, I cannot speak for the condition of them other than the visual look.  I have photos of all of the guns as well and can email them to you on request, I just didn’t want to kill the size of this email by attaching a bunch of photos.  Most of the guns are from the early 80’s or prior, probably a few considered antiques.

I have only sold the 30-30, and still have the remainder left.  And they are on a first come first serve basis.

It would help if you posted pixs of everything you have remaining and are you firm on your prices or looking for best offer.

Currently, I have updated the top post, I have only sold the 30-30 from the original list and it is marked as such.  With regards to the pic, just let me know which ones you want posted and I will do that or I cna PM you with the pictures.  I have a couple pictures of each gun so it is probably better if you have questions to ask specifics and I will get you those exact pictures instead of me attaching like 3 pictures to this.

I will be firm on a few guns that I know I can get the money for, but others I am looking for respectable offers.  Make me an offer on one and I will let you know.  Thanks, hoping to sell em sooner rather than later so make an offer.
