i cooked a couple of those game hens. man they turned out wonderful!

and last night i cooked some shrimp on the Egg!

i followed the rules and posted after lunch!

looks great scott and i bet it tasted as good as it looks...wild rice stuffed in those hens?

we are getting an egg for christmas...can't wait...

As always Scott, mouth watering delicious (looking that is).  and don't you love that thermometer?  Mitch got me one several years ago and I even take it on campouts.  Did timed that smoked turkey just right, and not dried out.
