The boat needs to have the transom rebuilt and if I were going to do it myself, I would also replace the floor while I was at it as there are a couple of soft spots in it. 

The boat is located in Panama City.

Would make a great multi-purpose boat at a real good price.

Anybody looking for a good and fairly easy winter project?  Would make a real good and reasonable boat for somebody.

The engine and trailer are worth that much....and there is an Evinrude trolling motor, stick steering, controls, 2 stainless steel anchor mates, seats, etc.  Some glass work and you're good to go....or use the parts to rig your own boat.
