Looking for a truck load of seasoned, cut and split firewood for my fireplace. Would like it to be delivered and stacked if possible. I remember seeing a sign on Blue Angel last year but have since lost the number. Anyone have any contacts that are in the firewood business?

Thanks.

We have bought it from local tree services in the past. Check the yellow pages and just start calling until one of them have some. They brought it and stacked it for around $80-150/load.

I think I remember the guy last year advertising on Blue Angel at $90 per truck load, delivered and stacked. Seemed like a pretty good deal to me, I wished I'd kept his number.

Last year I called the tree cutting companies and A Cut Above brought me a cord, they dumped it on the driveway. They do stack it for an additional fee.

The closer to winter, the price goes up. Most will want to sell a half cord, but ask about a full cord.

I have one Oak tree approx 40' tall that is down and two more that are also dead and these Oak tress are already seasoned due to them being dried out and ideal for someones fireplace. all three of them need to be cut and hauled away. I don't have time to cut, split and stack for someone but this is a very good deal due to the price is FREE to someone who will take all three of them off at one time. Just PM if anyone's interested. In a few weeks, I'll post the wood for sale if I have to cut it all.
